At Growth Veda we are committed to providing you with the best quality products and service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions for returning products and obtaining a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We only accept returns if the product received is damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear, uncut video taken at the time of opening the parcel, showing the damage or defect in the product as proof.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Process for Returns
- Contact us at support@growthveda.com within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product.
- Please provide us with your order details and attach the parcel-opening video as proof.
- Our team will review your request and, once approved, will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the defective item as per the return policy and place a new order for the replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery, without proof of opening, are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products that have been opened but are undamaged are also non-returnable.
